In one of Pastor Green’s illustrations about driving 85 mph on a local road he makes reference to “33rd Street.” That is the common name for the Orange County Jail located on 33rd Street in Orlando, Fl.

05-11-08 Perseverance
May 12th, 2008
Happy Mothers’ Day to all the mothers listening in the United States and around the world. Once again the last few minutes of the audio was cut off. Hopefully that will be corrected by next podcast. The point that Pastor Green was making with the story about his car’s empty gas tank is that the time we worry and wonder whether we are going to persevere is when we are not filled with the Holy Spirit. We must live in dependence on Him and be filled with the Spirit in our daily walk.

04-27-08 Faithfulness in Conflict
April 28th, 2008
The end of the message was not recorded so the audio will cut off in the middle of Pastor Green’s testimony. Pastor Green goes on to talk about his own twin sister, Pam, who was born without upper skull bones, although to look at her it was not obvious because she had such a beautiful head of hair. The attending physician made the decision that this beautiful baby was not worthy to live, took her away from the parents and allowed her to starve. It was a time when doctors had much greater authority and standing in the eyes of their patients.
Pastor Green went on to talk about God’s faithfulness even through that tragedy and how God loves us all so much that His Son died on the cross for each of us.
