Favorite memory of my child? I’d eat up all your storage space…they’re (almost) all my favorite memory!
Here’s a FIRST memory: Alex was about 36 hours old and we were taking her out of the car for the first time. Standing in our front yard with our new baby, and a breeze blew over her. She gave a little gasp and opened her eyes up wide…I don’t know why but I just love that moment in time. It’s like she realized, “OH! I get to STAY here!”
If I had known THEN what a blessing she would be to us, I don’t think I could have stood it. I never thought I would marry and I never thought I would have a child. Thank goodness God had a better plan!
